Toothache
A SORE TOOTH ISN’T FUN FOR ANYONE
If your child is experiencing a toothache, cleaning and dislodging any stuck food in the tooth may help. You can do this with a toothbrush or dental floss. You can also have your child clean the area by rinsing with warm salt water. If necessary, give Advil (ibuprofen) or Tylenol (acetaminophen) to reduce inflammation and pain. Aspirin or Orajel should not be given to infants or children. A child’s toothache is usually caused by a cavity getting bigger. We have lots of different treatments and strategies to get rid of a toothache. As soon as our office is open, call Glow for an appointment.
