Our Pediatric Dentists

Dr. Junho Lee is a compassionate and skilled pediatric dentist dedicated to providing comprehensive care for infants, children, and individuals with special healthcare needs. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of British Columbia before completing his specialized Pediatric Dental Residency at the University of Minnesota.

With a strong background in both pharmacology and dentistry, Dr. Lee prioritizes evidence-based care and patient safety. He is passionate about creating positive, comfortable dental experiences for young patients and fostering lifelong oral health habits.

Dr. Michael Wong completed his undergraduate studies in Microbiology and Immunology at The University of British Columbia (UBC), where he also earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. During dental school, Dr. Wong discovered his passion for working with children and was honored with the Dr. Norman Levine Award in Pediatric Dentistry.

After practicing as a general dentist on Vancouver Island for two years, Dr. Wong returned to Vancouver to pursue advanced training. He completed a combined Master’s in Craniofacial Science and a Diploma in Pediatric Dentistry at UBC and BC Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Wong’s specialty training included comprehensive education in both non-pharmacological and pharmacological behavior guidance, dental trauma management, and providing dental treatment under general anesthesia. He was awarded the Dr. Gary Derkson Memorial Award in Pediatric Dentistry and presented his MSc research at the joint American and Canadian Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Symposium.

Dr. Wong is dedicated to making every child feel comfortable and confident at the dentist. He tailors care to meet the unique needs of each patient and understands the importance of creating a safe, welcoming environment—something he values deeply as a former child who frequently visited the dentist himself.

Outside the office, Dr. Wong enjoys skiing the slopes of Whistler in the winter and is training for his first marathon, set for 2025.

Dr. Neeraja Ramadurai is a globally trained pediatric dentist with extensive experience caring for children from a wide range of backgrounds. She completed her Bachelor’s in Dentistry and Master’s in Pediatric Dentistry in India, practiced in the Middle East, and went on to further specialize in Pediatric Dentistry through a Master’s program at the University of British Columbia, Canada.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Ramadurai is a member of the Faculty of Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons in Glasgow, where she also serves as an examiner. She also holds membership in the Faculty of Dentistry in Ireland and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada.

Dr. Ramadurai believes every child is unique, and she tailors each visit to meet the individual needs of both the child and their family. Her approach is centered on making dentistry fun, educational, and positive—helping children build confidence and healthy smiles for life.

Outside of the office, Dr. Ramadurai enjoys exploring new restaurants, researching the latest smart gadgets, and spending quality time with her spouse, toddler, and Labrador.
