I am a recent graduate excited to start my new career in pediatrics. With 10 years of experience as a cheerleading coach, I bring a friendly, hardworking attitude to my role as a pediatric receptionist. I’m dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for young patients and their families, using my strong communication and organizational skills to manage appointments and support the healthcare team.

Pediatric Admin Lead

With over 8 years of experience working as a pediatric dental receptionist, Ashley is dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients and their families at Glow Pediatric Dentistry. Her extensive background in the pediatric dental field has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of pediatric dentistry and the unique needs of children. Ashley prides herself on the ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents, answering any questions that may arise and making sure that their visit was a positive experience and each child leaves the office with a smile.

Certified Dental Assistant

I’ve been a dental assistant for 25 years, and what I love most is connecting with patients and families. As a mother of three daughters—two in university and one in high school—I understand the importance of making children’s first dental visits comfortable and setting them up for lifelong dental success.

I graduated from UFV’s CDA program in 2024 after working as a care aide for several years. When I’m not at work, you’ll often find me hiking or spending time with my family.

I graduated from the CDA program at UFV in 2025, and I’m passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment for children at the dental office. My goal is to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and have fun during their visit. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and playing with my dog.

With over six years of experience in dental administration, I have developed a strong expertise in patient care, office management, and administrative support. I am passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, informed, and valued throughout their dental journey. Working closely with both patients and the dental team, I strive to foster positive relationships and ensure a seamless, efficient experience. My commitment to professionalism, organization, and patient-centered care allows me to contribute to a practice that prioritizes excellence and well-being at every level.

Lexie

Certified Dental Assistant

Lexie brings a unique background in Marketing and Philanthropy, along with years of experience working with children. Wanting to combine her passion for helping people with her love of working with kids, she made the exciting decision to change careers. In 2024, she graduated from Discovery Community College as a Certified Dental Assistant and completed her sedation module in 2025. Since then, Lexie has fallen in love with pediatric dentistry—she thrives on creating positive, comfortable, and even fun dental experiences for kids.

Outside of the office, you’ll often find Lexie trying out new recipes, playing board games with friends and family, hanging out with her cats Mocha and Bailey, or discovering new trails and hikes across beautiful BC.

Rajinder

Certified Dental Assistant

Rajinder is a Certified Dental Assistant at Glow. Her first passion was nursing, a field she spent 10 years in, before switching to dentistry. Rajinder knew the job at Glow was perfect for her because as a mother herself, she knows how to work with kids and how to make them feel comfortable. Outside the office, Rajinder loves nothing more than to spend quality time with her husband and two daughters.

I graduated from the Certified Dental Assisting program at CDI College, driven by a passion for working with children. Early in my career, I knew pediatric dentistry was the perfect fit for me. Before becoming a dental assistant, I spent six years as an Education Assistant, gaining valuable experience in supporting children and understanding their unique needs.

At Glow, my goal is to create a positive and comfortable experience for every young patient, helping them feel safe, confident, and successful during their visits.
